Does Lucky Cat have a physical shop?
No, we are an online store only.

Can I come to your warehouse and collect or return my order?
As we are an online store, our operation is not set up for customers to collect or return goods directly via our warehouse. Returns and deliveries can only be made via Australia Post.

How do I make a return?

When will my return be processed?
Returns can take 5-10 days to reach our PO Box. Always make sure you get a tracking number when you send things back. This is delivered to our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays to be inspected and processed. We will email you once this is done.

Can I change my delivery address or order once the order has been placed?
We process, pick, pack and ship as fast as possible. Your delivery/order address can only be changed as long as your order has not been shipped. Please contact us ASAP. Once you have received a notification that the parcel has been shipped, it might still be possible to change the delivery address as long as tracking does not state delivered. For Australia Post deliveries: by creating an account with Australia Post through myPost you can redirect the parcel to a new address. Alternatively, we can request to return to sender (though this is not guaranteed).
