Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Lucky Cat reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Lucky Cat reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Lucky Cat is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by Lucky Cat.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty. Due to health regulations, we are unable to exchange or refund on any underwear purchases unless faulty within the manufacturer's warranty period.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items. Please contact the office to arrange Return Authorization on (02) 9126-8280, then prepare your return to be sent to: Lucky Cat PO Box 1286 Mona Vale NSW 1660.
Gift cards and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges.
Returns must be made within the 30 days of purchase unless the item is faulty. Size exchange requests are subject to availability of stock. Should your size request be unavailable a refund will be provided. We do not refund for change of mind, but will happily provide a store credit for a future purchase.
Lucky Cat does not accept cash as a form of payment and takes no responsibility for cash sent via post.
Any items returned outside of this period (unless faulty) or items returned damaged or soiled (unless faulty) will be the responsibility of the customer to retrieve. Lucky Cat will not pay to return these items to you.
